For the Plunge Community

Until further notice, we have decided to operate as take away only. Wellness is very important, particularly in recent times, we live in a tight-knit community and choose not to deny entry to the customers who have always supported us. The way we do this is by welcoming everybody with a take away only service.

This allows us to operate our small family business inclusively and in accordance with the NSW Health guidelines.

We sell local products like produce from local farmers as well as your staples - eggs, cheese, milk and bread - our Pantry is stocked with local treats. Plunge also supports many small businesses operating in the wellness and creatives sectors, your support of them is appreciated and we know you love seeing them when you come into Plunge.

The wellness practitioners who feature at Plunge can be contacted via 'The Nutrition Network' they run workshops and offer private consultations, so please speak with Erin who can put you in touch.

Our local creative community who feature daily at Plunge can be found via ‘Blue Dust Collective' . They have an online shop where you can purchase art directly or the gallery is open by appointment by contacting Renee.

Our Meet the Maker series is still running so keep an eye on our social media or sin up for the journal and you will be emailed directly when an announcement is made.

Your support helps a myriad of local families running businesses from home and via Plunge on our retail shelf and at our events.

We will keep you updated regularly (sign up to our newsletter), our kitchen is open with the FULL MENU and the coffee is still being brewed by the best.

Thank you, the Plunge family
