Opulent Ocean 6 course Degustation Dinner

We welcome you to the inaugural Degustation Dinner at Plunge as we celebrate the best seafood in the world. Highlighting sustainable seafood which has come from the cleanest waters available to us and inspired by the fresh catch we are accustomed to here on the Barrington Coast, we invite you to join us.

The ‘Opulent Ocean’ 6 course Dinner is an intimate dinner featuring sustainable seafood caught locally in Australian waters. We have hand picked and designed the menu to compliment the offerings on the Wallis Lake with our Michelin star chef Michael James. Michael is a passionate food lover and well known chef who’s attention to detail suits the degustation style we are offering. Paired with the experience and knowledge of the team at Plunge who will pair your wine with each dish and offer you a fine dining experience this is an evening not to be missed.

Enjoying the best sustainable, local & cleverly cooked seafood in an intimate setting is the only way to go. From the ocean, straight to the plate, you will be served 6 courses of seafood with petifors.

This inaugural event will feature fresh sustainable seafood, featuring Farmed Murray cod which is listed as a ‘better choice’ in the updated Sustainable Seafood Guide, world class Kingfish from the Spencer Gulf and more. Add matched wines for $85 pp and let us take care of the rest.
